The plaintiff and the defendant are present in the court. The petitioner filed a reply from the defendant Poksar and it was proved that the defendant's accused had taken Rs 40000 / - (forty thousand rupees) as loan from Bakker Ali Khan Badiar. Wherever suddenly his death falls on his wages in the door of that money, Warman will pay the said 40000 / - (forty thousand rupees) money by 02-04-2017.
